What is ADDAGMA
ADDAGMA covers the sequencing data of gut microbiota of pig, cattle, horse and chicken. Users can browse and search data of interest on gut microbiota associated with animal health traits, production traits, life history traits. The current version of ADDAGMA includes 290,422 quantification events (microbial abundance change) of 3,215 taxa associated with 48 phenotypes.
How to use ADDAGMA
Quick Search
In the home page of ADDAGMA, users can start a quick search with the keyword(s) of interest by click the submit button, and simply click the example button to see the search results of an example for which we provided in the input field.
Browse
The browse is consisted of two sections: (1) browse for phenotype, User can browse the phenotypes of pig, cattle, horse and chicken, which includes health traits, production traits, life history traits, microbial diversity. Click the line to filter and browse the datasets. Click the line to view detailed result. (2) Browse for taxa, User can browse the taxa collected in ADDAGMA. All taxa were arranged by their initials for users to browse, and the taxon is labeled by its level.
Advanced Search
In the search page, we provide an advanced search capability, users can add more search modules by button, and delete redundant search modules using the button, and choose 'AND', 'OR' or 'NOT' to connect the keywords for a more accurate multiple search, also, we provide an example button for users as a search paradigm.
Result
In the Result page, users can view the search or browse results, and further filter them by the options we provide. More information about experiment is also displayed while users click the “detail” button.
